Millcreek Rotary Foundation of Utah invites you to DREAM BIG for our community - this year for Moss Elementary, a Title 1 school where 36 languages are spoken.
Mark your calendars for Thursday, September 17, 2026 at Millcreek City Hall.
Social hour starts at 5:30pm, Buffet Dinner at 6:15pm, Program at 7:00pm. Enjoy entertainment by darling kids, opportunity drawing and silent auction, as well as an opportunity to support the school with much needed items ranging from hygiene supplies to library books, STEAM supplies to enrichment field trips - and everything in between!
As part of Rotary International - the world's largest non-political, non-religious service organization - Millcreek Rotarians gather for service projects to help disadvantaged local and international communities thrive. We gather for socials to build friendships among our members. We gather to hear speakers who help us discuss thought provoking and timely issues.
We are a vibrant, interesting group of service minded individuals of all ages and all walks of life.
Join us after work for a light dinner one Thursday evening soon!
Millcreek Rotarians focus on service to improve the lives of disadvantaged women and children, the homeless or refugees, or to improve the quality of education of schools, or to provide clean water to those who need it. We have volunteered at afterschool programs for immigrant and refugee kids, prepared meals for homeless teens, assembled Mother's Day gift bags for women in recovery, stocked food pantries, funded clean water for small villages in several developing countries - just some of our activities.
Moss Elementary, a Title 1 school where 36 languages are spoken, will be the focus of our volunteering and fundraising for the next Rotary Year.
Check our club calendar at the bottom of this page for upcoming service projects.
The third Thursday of each month, Millcreek Rotarians hear from speakers who engage us with interesting information about current issues. Our speakers are individuals who are visible and active in the community or knowledgeable about an important community issue.
We also hear from individuals representing community non-profits we may wish to support.
For example, we have heard from Salt Lake Mayor Erin Mendenhall, a professor at Westminster College who studies the Great Salt Lake, a scientist who is an expert in Alzheimer's Disease, alumni of the Other Side Academy, a yoga instructor at the Utah Prison, to name a few.
Check our Club Calendar below for upcoming speakers.
Millcreek Rotary monthly socials bring our members together in settings where they can converse, get to know each other better, build relationships and lasting friendships.
Some of our social events are traditional: New Board and President Installation in June or July, Friendsgiving in November, Holiday Party in December, and our annual fundraiser in September. New friends are always invited!

The Millcreek Rotary Foundation, a 501c3 organization, exists to further the service aims of the Millcreek Rotary Club. The Millcreek Rotary Club Service Committee has a budget for most of the clubs monthly service projects. Millcreek Rotarians seeking funding for a project or organization they love should first approach the club's service committee.
Organizations can complete a Foundation funding application by clicking the blue bar below which will reach the club's service committee and the Foundation board. Preference for funding will be given to 501c3 charities whose proposals seem most likely to improve the circumstances or further the opportunities of disadvantaged women and children, the homeless or refugees, or to improve the quality of education of schools, or to provide clean water to those who need it. Non 501c3 organizations seeking funding from the Foundation may be considered on a case-by-case basis. The Foundation Board meets quarterly and decides funding levels as Foundation funds allow.
The Millcreek Rotary Foundation generally grants fund requests between $500-$1000, though some projects may receive more.
